January 30th, 2026: Letters to the Vice Dean Presentation: The Sophomore Voice
WH 2010 TAs presented insights from the course’s Letters to the Vice Dean assignment, centered on the question: Why do Wharton students behave the way they do? Drawing directly on student letters, the presentation explored how pressures around recruiting, belonging, achievement, and identity shape student choices at The Wharton School.

WHCP welcomed Wharton alum Gabriela Garity (W’24), who shared her journey from Wharton to Blackstone’s Infrastructure team. From navigating high-stakes investment discussions to collaborating across teams, Gabriela highlighted how strong communication skills can help you get the job and succeed in it.
Nov 11, 2025: Improv for Business Workshop: Building Agility in Communication
In this fast-paced workshop, Wharton undergraduates practiced adapting in the moment and communicating with creativity, clarity, and confidence. The session emphasized how strong communicators prepare for both the expected and the unexpected. Attendees learned new strategies for speaking with confidence, listening like leaders, and pivoting gracefully when the moment calls for it.

Students learned a range of practical tools and strategies for effective networking in this workshop led by the WH 2010 instructor and MBA Fellows. The session guided participants through how to initiate conversations, follow up thoughtfully, and build lasting professional relationships with confidence.
Oct 24, 2025: TA Community Building: TAs Hit the Trail
Our WH 2010 TAs took a break from campus and headed outdoors for a rejuvenating hike together. Surrounded by fall colors and great company, the group connected with nature, and one another, in an energizing reset designed to clear the mind and build community. A refreshing way to kick off a new season of teaching and learning!
Oct 23, 2025: Monthly Speaker Series 2: Elizabeth Dubov & Communication in Consulting
TA Alum ’25 Elizabeth Dubov joined WH 2010 students and TAs to reflect on her journey from WH 2010 to BCG, sharing humorous and practical stories about navigating early-career communication challenges. From networking emails gone wrong to anecdotes about manager hot buttons, Liz described how the WH 2010 principles of clear, persuasive communication have shaped her success in the workplace – and how students can apply them as well.
Oct 6, 2025: Mid-Course Training:
As WH 2010 entered its second half, our TAs gathered for a focused mid-course training session designed to refresh skills and strengthen instructional support. The team collaborated on best practices, shared classroom insights, and prepared for upcoming course milestones. This mid-semester check-in ensured TAs were equipped and energized to guide students through the remainder of the term.
Sept 19, 2025: Cross-cultural Communication: Professional Development Workshop
WH 2010 TAs had the opportunity to learn from Hilary Moore, a Senior Knowledge Expert in McKinsey’s Strategic and Change Communications Practice. With more than a decade of experience guiding global organizations through large-scale transformation, Hilary shared insights on leadership development, culture and behavior change, and effective communication during periods of organizational shift.
Sept 17, 2025: Monthly Speaker Series 1: Annie Arditi & Transitioning from Wharton to Venture Capital
Our first Monthly Speaker Series featured WH 2010 alum and former TA Annie Arditi, who returned to campus to share her journey from Wharton to the world of venture capital. Annie offered candid advice on navigating early career decisions, breaking into VC, and making the most of the Wharton experience. Current TAs and students gained practical insights, inspiration, and a clearer view of the many paths their Wharton foundation can open.
Aug 21, 2025: Fall Kickoff: Preparing for the New Academic Year
To start the new academic year, new and returning TAs participated in one of the required kickoff sessions. The sessions offered an overview of curriculum adjustments, upcoming program changes, and essential guidance to help TAs feel informed, aligned, and ready to support their WH 2010 students effectively.
